Joy Degenhardt – Co-Founder
Joy Degenhardt is a seasoned international business consultant and humanitarian leader with over 30 years of experience facilitating connections between Vietnam and the global community. As a Vietnamese adoptee who returned in 1992 to establish one of the country’s first international NGOs and adoption programs, she has played a pivotal role in supporting individuals and organizations navigating Vietnam’s complex business, legal, and cultural landscape.
She has extensive knowledge of visa and immigration procedures, expatriate integration, and market entry strategies for international businesses. Joy has advised corporate clients on regulatory compliance and operational logistics, ensuring a seamless transition into the Vietnamese market. Additionally, Joy’s humanitarian work has had a lasting impact—she has facilitated over 900 adoptions for American families, strengthening diplomatic and cultural ties between Vietnam and the United States.

Aline Ho – Co-Founder
Aline Ho, founder and interior designer of Asiatique Design, has been shaping Vietnam’s luxury hospitality landscape since 2000. With a deep respect for Vietnamese culture and business practices, she is dedicated to restoring and promoting traditional Southeast Asian craftsmanship by incorporating locally sourced materials into her designs.
Her signature Indochine style seamlessly blends Asian heritage with contemporary elegance, earning Asiatique Design numerous prestigious awards.
Aline has led the design of renowned hotels, resorts, and cruise lines across Vietnam, working closely with top-tier local artisans and suppliers. Her extensive network within the hospitality industry makes her a key authority on exceptional accommodations and high-quality design solutions in the region.
Together, Aline and Joy co-founded Asiatique Voyages to bring their shared expertise in design, hospitality, and cultural connections to the world of travel.
