Joy Degenhardt is the visionary behind Asiatique Voyages, a travel company built on authentic cultural connection, meaningful experiences, and personalized service. Born in Vietnam and raised in the United States, Joy brings a unique cross-cultural perspective to every journey she curates—blending local insight with a global sensibility.

Her work in Vietnam began in the early 1990s, when she returned to launch one of the country’s first international adoption and humanitarian programs. Through this work, she built deep relationships with local communities, government agencies, and cultural institutions—connections that now form the foundation of Asiatique Voyages.

Joy’s background spans international business development, expat support, and cultural consulting. She has guided individuals, families, and organizations through the complexities of living, working, and traveling in Vietnam, offering practical expertise in immigration, integration, and cross-cultural engagement.

Aline Ho

Aline Ho, founder and interior designer of Asiatique Design, has been shaping Vietnam’s luxury hospitality landscape since 1994. With a deep understanding of Vietnamese culture and business practices, she is dedicated to restoring and promoting traditional Southeast Asian craftsmanship by thoughtfully incorporating locally sourced materials into her work.

Her signature Indochine style blends Asian heritage with contemporary elegance, resulting in culturally rich and visually striking spaces. With roots in both Vietnam and France, Aline’s design philosophy harmonizes the best of both cultures to create refined, immersive environments that resonate with international and local audiences alike.

Over the years, Aline has led the design of some of Vietnam’s most prestigious hotels, resorts, and cruise lines, collaborating closely with skilled artisans and trusted local suppliers. Her strong industry network and design expertise position her as a leading authority on high-end accommodations and bespoke hospitality experiences in the region.

Together, Aline and Joy co-founded Asiatique Voyages to bring their shared expertise in design, hospitality, and cultural connections to the world of travel.
